I didn't make it. But if I were to, I'd use Photoshop. I basically got the background image from Google and gave it a banner form Razz that's really all I did to it and I cropped it.

Why would you waste money on photoshop? Just use GIMP. It's just as good, if not better at some things. You just gotta get used to it and know how to work it and use all the resources it has.

You can also use an online tool I use off and on called Pixir. It is an online version of Photoshop that is free.
