Icy Banner Theme
Obviously, not the best banner that would fit this Forum but uh.... here it is
(I can make better ones, I just used this Website because it seemed quicker)

Dude, that's fuckin' sweet! But our colors are green and black. Send me the link of that website you made it on.

I didn't make it. But if I were to, I'd use Photoshop. I basically got the background image from Google and gave it a banner form that's really all I did to it and I cropped it.

Why would you waste money on photoshop? Just use GIMP. It's just as good, if not better at some things. You just gotta get used to it and know how to work it and use all the resources it has.

I've torrented things before, but i forgot how. Make a new thread about how to do it.

You can also use an online tool I use off and on called Pixir. It is an online version of Photoshop that is free.
