Custom items! Empty Custom items!

I was thinking, to better improve this server. why not add in some cutoms items?
ideas
A Bandos scimitar
A Black partyhat
Dragon kiteshield
Bandos shield

Those are some ideas ive had to improve the servers gameplay!
I hope you like em!
If anyone has anymore ideas post in a comment below!

We aren't adding any customs in the game that aren't in real Runescape.
